Insomnia Cookies

Love insomnia cookies but this location is always extremely late with their orders. Have ordered many times and my orders are consistently 1-1.5 hours late. On top of that, a third of my orders have been incorrect.

Delicious cookies! But in recent years have often had issues like missing items with deliveries and their website can be wonky

The cookies were delicious and still warm! They were quite greasy though. The store was clean and looked nice. The service was not the fastest unfortunately. There were three employees but they did not serve or address the people in line immediately.

Love these cookies!!! They are always hot and fresh!! I would eat these all day long. If it didn’t make me fat!! My favorites are macadamia nut white chocolate and peanut butter cookies!! Love that this location closes at 3am. Parking is not that bad because I usually park in the loading and unloading 20 minute limit.

They over delivered and was extremely professional and helpful. The driver was nice and upstanding.

They forgot my ice cream!! Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I didn’t get a lot in my order so I am so confused on how they forgot my ice cream. Honestly ruined the whole experience for me!!!! I don’t want to eat my cookies without ice cream!

The guy who worked here at 10pm on July 30, 2021 is rude as hell.. I will be calling main corporate for the disrespect and nasty food.. who is the hiring manager?!!! Like wowwww !! You’re better off ordering at another location!!!!! Trust me..
