We used Tim from InspectAll for buying our new home, he was very thorough and informative when we had any questions. The list of extra services we didn't know about were amazing, like checking all appliances for any recalls and the website helping set maidens schedules! I would highly recommend InspectAll and Tim and would definitely use them again.

InspectAll was a great service and the best value that I found in complete Home Inspection services. Booking for the inspection and radon tests can be done online. While you cannot book all of the services online such as sewer line inspection if you partially complete the online booking and give them a call they are able to bring up your information with made the process very simple! I was able to get a Home Inspection booked very quickly and they were very communicative when the inspector was running behind because of an earlier inspection. Tim was a very thorough inspector and was wonderful at explaining everything over the course of the 5 hours he was checking out the house. He also was able to show us the report with notes and pictures as soon as he was finished and was prompt in completing the final report. He was able to answer any of our questions and we we very satisfied with his attention to detail.

Tim was very thorough and calculated but was also very personable. The report was very descriptive and easy to follow which made figuring out repairs a breeze. They were able to move some things around and meet my buyers request for a next day early am inspection. Fantastic customer service and I would recommend them to clients in the future.
