this place needs to be shut down!!! the staff is very unprofessional. first off they dont take temps when you first come in. I sat there and watch the receptionist let some one take a pen out the bin of used pens and didnt say a word!! and they take soo long for everything very rude and I wont come here again if I had too
Staff sent me away and gave me a phone number to call, said they are not seeing patients right now. The phone number I was given was for covid test which was not my reason for going. The girl behind the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.
They don't even pick up the phone. Never again.
Possibly the worst Doctor ever. She kept dropping things. And other things she would pick up and look at them with wonder loke she had no idea what they were. Her initial thoughts were " well I am not good at this and this doesn't usually work ". Nurse was great.
Only two stars because the front desk staff was very nice. The doctor was not nice at all. I was having a panic attack and he just dismissed me like I had nothing. Very disappointed, will be writing a bad review for the doctor as well.
By far the best care around. I have been here several times now and everyone is friendly. Better than that.... the doctor is thorough, explaining everything along the way. Friendly is great but when the care is great too, what else is there to say?! I have since brought one of my sons here who also received excellent care.
Was shamed by the doctor for coming in to an urgent care because it was "easier" for a possible ear infection on a Friday night. Told me to "get out of here" and see my primary. Spent about a minute with me, wasn't pleasant.
