I experienced the Best customer service ever! I contacted Progressive to obtain a current Insurance I.D. Card, little did I know that I would be speaking to the most professional and friendly representative Ricky! He took it upon himself to go the extra mile by asking me thorough questions that would benefit me as a Progressive customer. He truly looked out for my best interest by taking full ownership of the company that he works for in ensuring I was getting the Best that the Progressive had to offer to me! Because of my excellent experience with Ricky, I will stay on as a Progressive customer and will recommend others as well! Thank you so much Ricky for simply being the BEST!!
So it's not 5:30 I ran clear across town to get the money from the bank and it says online their open?not happy!!!
Awesome service throughout the years, thx to the team at the 16th street location.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent. Enrique and Judith specifically. Enrique wrote a very disrespectful, personal email after getting off the phone for an issue that was his fault. Stating not to “question him or talk over him”. They hung up the phone multiple times, put the call on hold immediately, said “we’ll see” after asking how long the wait would be, was double charged, was called derogatory names, and much more. This is harassment and you better believe I will be reporting this incident to the better business bureau. Go literally anywhere else. Unbelievable.
Every time I work with them it's a pleasant experience. This last time I worked with Krystal Brewer and she was able to get me a lower price on my insurance while keeping the same coverage levels. Great experience!
I applaud Insurance Savers for hiring an outstanding man name Ricky. His professionalism far exceeds his peers. Challenge this young genius with tough assignments and promote the welfare of your company by promoting him - immediately!
Insurance savers? More like Insurance scam. These people took $163 as a down payment, as I needed quick coverage to drive off the lot with my new car. They assured me I would likely get a refund if I cancelled service within a month. They set me up with Infinity Low Cost Insurance another misleading moniker, who, after cancelling upon 12 days of coverage, sends me a bill for $47. No refund, nothing from "Insurance Savers," and both companies basically point the finger at the other. A nice little scam. $210 for 12 days of coverage and a processing fee. I will be reporting their false advertising tactics, greed and crappy customer service to the BBB.
