My experience with insurance shops has been and continues to be phenomenal. They have saved me so much money, I can’t thank Ron, my insurance agent, enough. He guides me in the right direction for my specific needs. What I like the most is his transparency. He will always respectfully tell you What exactly you need to know and what you need to do to make things easier for you. I highly recommend Ron and insurance shops for all your insurance needs. When I called Ron, he offered to fix my health insurance application for free when another broker made a huge mistake. He was GREAT! Every email I sent and phone call I made was promptly answered. He and Lena are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable at what they do and explain all of the confusing details.
