Integra

Worst Telecom business services provider I have ever dealt with. Switched from AT&T to them to save money and get better service. Actually paid more and got less when all the undisclosed charges started showing up on the bill. We literally called tech support every 1-2 weeks over 2 years. Finally was able to switch to Charter and Integra wanted thousands of dollars for early termination even though they sucked. Maybe they are better elsewhere in the country but awful in Reno. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of these guys.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I hope this makes it where it needs to go. Tracey (a lady) was the most amazing technical assistant I have EVER dealt with. I deal with tech and IT issues daily. This woman rocks! Great work.....

Steer clear from this company, Beware of signing any contract with Integra. Very expensive to leave their clutches, and very very difficult to part ways.
