Integrated Center-Child Development

We were told an EEG would be ordered and the hospital would follow up with us directly to schedule. Days passed and not having heard anything, I followed up to find out it was not ordered. ICCD said BCH was to blame and it was ordered but BCH dropped the ball. Then it was really ordered and again it was me who found out where to go to schedule because again no one called. We did the EEG. BCH told us we would hear from the doctor in 24 hours if there was anything concerning and full results would be available in 5--7 days. At this point, it has been two weeks. Since the 7 day mark, I have been calling ICCD almost every day. I can never get through the IVR to an actual person, the phones are not picked up. And the three times I did get through, the person knew nothing. My simple question of "Did our doctor see the results?" was answered with a yes but then when I asked to talk to someone about them, the same person said they don't have the results. There seems to be no follow-up. And just today, the same frustration as the person I complained about this to put me through to someone who did not answer their phone. How many more times do I need to call to have our EEG results. Seriously.

I liked Dr. Castro but my child was evaluated in February and despite phone calls and emails I still haven't gotten my child's report. It's August.
