Story

My Passion for Massage: I could not imagine doing anything else in life. Massage Therapy is the best career path I could have ever chosen. The feeling I get every morning knowing that clients will leave feeling better than when they walked in after a massage is amazing. I do not consider it a job because I am doing something I love which includes helping people, and its stress-free.

I can definitely say I differ from many other Therapists. I listen very closely to my clients each and every concern. I address all issues to make sure there is a clear understanding of the goals that we are trying to meet. I believe in giving my clients a massage as if I was the client myself with their same concerns. Being able to adjust the pressure, positioning and techniques to suit each client is a wonderful skill. I take feed back from my clients and also give them tips on things they can do to help with any concerns they may have. I like take my time with each client to make sure they are fully satisfied with their session. I also take a few extra minutes to discuss the massage and what is to be expected after the massage and take any questions they may have. I feel it is very important to leave each client feeling spectacular after each session.


Alana is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a Massage Instructor at Harris School of Business.
