Integrity Roofing and Painting

I had my roof replaced from hail storm damage that I wasn't aware of at first. I was recommended by my neighbor who is very thorough in checking out who he chooses to use and keeps his home immaculate. My claim process was very quick and smooth and my project manager Ben answered all my questions thoroughly and our meetings were very easy and convenient to me. I felt a genuine sense of care in the process and resulted with a good quality product. I would highly recommend and use Integrity again.

My experience with Ben and the team was great. Ben provided a timely, complete estimate with all the upgrades I wanted. The guys were in and out in 3 days and Ben was here all 3 days till they were done. The roofing inspector just left and told me it was a good job, no issues. The office provided the paperwork I requested and warranty quickly. This was an easy process and I highly recommend Ben and Integrity Roofing for your roofing.

I had an amazing experience with Integrity Roofing and Painting today. I spoke with Donna as my first point of contact and she was wonderful. Very sweet, knowledgeable and caring. She immediately got in touch with Ben and was able to schedule me the same day to look at a roof leak. I got an email with his information and picture to assure that I knew who to expect. Ben called within an hour and scheduled a time to be at my house and arrived when he said he would. Ben was great! Looked at the issue, told me what he thought it was and fixed it on the spot! When I asked what the charge was, he said there wasn't one!!! I would have never expected that. He said it was just a few nails and some silicone and that there was no need for a charge. What amazing service this was. I highly recommend this company!

Ben Buchholz of Integrity roofing came out to inspect our roof. He did a thorough job, took some pictures of minor issues including a vent pipe that was too short and several areas that needed to be caulked. He showed me the pictures, explained what should be done and then to my great surprise, said he would come back in the next couple of days and do the work, including the vent pipe extension....without charge. You know who we are going to call when it is time for a new roof! Thank you Ben for honoring your company name, not ripping us off, offering honest insight and being generous with your gift of the repairs.

Ben at the Denver Integrity roofing & painting called us back within 3 hours and met us that same night to get an estimate. He made time to call our insurance company to ask specific questions about our claim. He was easy to talk to, very nice, and most importantly, his crew did a great job in a timely fashion! Ben Buchholz and his team worked on my neighbors' house. I approached him and asked him for a business card and he offered to take a look at my roof later that week. 1st impression: Ben is personable, timely and his communication skills are spot on. Ben showed me pictures and video of my roof. He nailed and sealed a couple of shingles and assured me my roof was actually in decent shape. Ben is an excellent inspector. He spent the time to answer my questions and address my concerns, including how to initiate contact with our insurance carrier. I do know a new roof is inevitable, especially here in Colorado. We WILL be calling Ben with Integrity Roofing.

Integrity Roofing blew away my expectations. Vince delivers incredible customer service and is wonderful to work with. We had a couple of questions about the roof 4 years after it was installed and Integrity Roofing had Vince at my door the same day. I was shocked at how quickly they help their customers!
