Quick & clean. He even bought food for all the customers while we were waiting, I thought that was so sweet and just above and beyond great to their customers! We brought a 10" sub/amp and they installed it for $150, which I thought was very fair priced! Definitely would come back! Nice waiting room too with comfy couches

Just visited the shop bc of a few questions. They seemed very knowledgeable and actually willing to hear me out. I plan on spending some cash with these guys soon, will update on progress

Intense Audio is more than just an audio store. Renee and his crew are very knowledgeable and the business is reasonable. They didn’t break my bank! I went in to get my radio fixed, but came out knowing more about my car and the issues the stealership would not fix. I am happy with the outcome. Thanks to everyone involved.

I'm not going to give details outlining exactly what was done to make sure I was a satisfied customer. However I want to say that the customer service I received is second to none. I've spent a considerable amount of money in this store but only after I was taken care of much better than I could've expected. I'll never do car audio or alarm business with anyone else. This store has earned my loyalty by going above and beyond to assure I was satisfied with the service I received. If your good to them they will most defiantly be good to you.
