Paid a lot for rent every month for their townhouse apartment in Cambridge, but the maintenance was slow. The downstairs bathroom sink started having some gross black water flowing out from the drain, and flooded the bathroom. It happened a few times and took them a few days to send someone over to fix it. When the time came to renew the lease, they increased the rent by 5%. Not worth it.

I never had to deal with such a bad management company. Making promises and never delivering while trying to wear you out. I do not recommend anyone to have to deal with this company. It has now been over 8 months that I am waiting to receive funds from them with no success. If you are considering renting an apt being managed by intercontinental, please think again.
