What a pleasure. Interior Federal Credit Union is fantastic. They have super credit products. And the application process was like a dream. I applied online, the next day received an identity verification call from the nicest, most professional, loan officer. We had a nice chat, and then a few minutes later I received a message telling me that I was instantly approved and giving me the documents to sign electronically. Just a complete pleasure. I couldn't believe the high level of professionalism. I can't recommend Interior highly enough.

In addition to banking there, I got a vehicle loan from them. The process was smooth and my loan officer Denise was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to easily understand my questions and provide the answers I needed. On top of that they went out their way to make me happy, even staying late to cut me a check after 5pm on a Friday!! Massive thanks and appreciation to Denise and staff for going above and beyond for me!

Interior Federal Credit Union has always been great to bank with. I have been a member for about 7 years now and I am happy with the services, customer support, and member options available. I recently requested a personal loan and IFCU was incredibly responsive and it took 3 business days from request to funds in my account. Excellent service!

Denise has been excellent to guide me through the whole auto loan application process. She was very prompt and very responsive to my questions or requests. The whole process went as smoothly as possible and got my loan approved sooner than expected. The final rate for my loan was lower than any other banks/CU that I checked. I highly recommend Interior FCU if you shop for any loan.

Excellent service! I submitted my CD account application online yesterday. This morning I received a call saying that an email with paperwork was being sent to my account and as soon as I returned it, the account would be opened. I signed the electronic documents, received my account number and used a wire transfer to fund the account. I received a call in a few hours saying the funds had been received. Very efficient processing and the customer service representative was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I recently learned about Interior Federal Credit Union from some friends who couldn't say enough about their superior customer service and competitive rates. IFCU's online application was very user friendly and allowed me to apply for both membership and a new loan simultaneously. After a quick identity verification and funding of the new account, I received an instant approval message for the loan. Amy, my loan officer, reached out right away with a short list of documents necessary to process the loan. Once the documents were returned, Amy had the loan funded within a few hours and provided both copies of the issued check and overnight tracking through their secure messaging system. You simply couldn't ask for a better experience!!

I just was assisted by Kyle at Interior Federal Credit Union after having difficulty reaching them by phone on two previous tries. The wait times if you don't call are horrendous and the call back didn't work. The first time, I answered, there was no response and no one called back and the second time, no one ever called back as promised. I called early today BTW, when you do a search for IFCU hours in Google it say open 10AM which is not correct and Kyle picked up almost immediately. He saved the day. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He rolled over a CD and created a new one. Thank you, Kyle!!!
