Story

Pamela Stewart is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, nationally certified reflexologist (ARCB) and certified Health Counselor. She is graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York. Her training includes multiple healing modalities including herbal medicine and holistic nutrition, as well as many advanced therapeutic massage techniques such as deep tissue, reiki, medical massage, maya abdominal massage, cranio-sacral and pre- and post-natal massage. Her focus is to provide the most effective healing techniques with the least amount of pain. Her private practice provides customized massage therapy and nutrition counseling.

Pamela is highly educated and skilled in many forms of body work. She is peaceful, calm and nurturing. Definitely the best massage therapist I have ever been to!
I have visited Pamela twice for massages and both times they were exceptional. We travel quite frequently and have been to high end spas all over the world. That being said, without all of the frills these have been two of my BEST massages ever. Having recently moved to NYC - finding the right masseuse can be quite intimidating. But trust me... she has a way of making all of the tension disappear from your body and knows exactly what pressure and where to focus her efforts. I have never felt so relaxed and light. She is worth the trek out of my neighborhood and I cant wait to see her again soon.
