Terrible service. 0 out of 5 stars. The amount of condescension from the employees is almost laughable

As long as you do your part and have all the appropriate paperwork as well as a clean vehicle, the process goes very smoothly.
Been here to ship three separate times and has been wonderful easy and quick so long as you have an appointment very friendly staff
On the phone, the person was rude and abrupt. In person, they are friendly, quick, and were great with our little one. The antenna to my newer truck got lost in transit though so that really sucks... I ended up getting this old, crooked antenna from the Seattle VPC, so I’m not that thrilled about that still.
They were really fast and nice. If you make an appointment you should be good to go. Also, try to make your appointment the earliest one, that way there's no delays from the people before you.
