The worst place to ever work for. The pay is absolutely horrible. The owner is paying folks $9 an hour while he is receiving about $16 an hour for each employee. Then he delays pay to Saturdays but by the time your able to pick up your check all banks are closed. He does not do federal paperwork on time. And if your looking to contract with them don't. Have been cited multiple times for guards without a license and most people regret ever doing business with Izzy the owner. Then to top everything off, he is a racist Latino man. He believes you should hire blacks and pay them low while working them like they are slaves. Does not give proper breaks. I have worked 10 hour shifts with no break for food. They had a guard who tried to talk to a minor, they did not fire him or report him, just moved him to another apartment building within Wilmington Housing Authority where he can still try to solicit minors. Just an all around horrible place to do any type of business with.
