Best kept banking secret in NYC. These guys don't have many branches in Manhattan, but they're always pretty much empty, which is great for busy bodies like me. And they're very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
Easy in easy out...it's the only branch in nyc.
Investors Bank might be the worst bank I've worked with. There are a few customer service people who are nice, but I'd advise to stay away from them
From time to time I renew my CD. I am very thankful to one of the employee who always doing all paperwork. He is very accurate, clear, professional, fast. His name is Adam. If you want open/close CD go to him. You will save much time and avoid mess in papers.
Pleasant customer service. Easy to find location and if you are lucky you may find a parking spot near by. Very knowledgeable staff and usually not a long wait.
Really poor customer service. Should have never opened an account with this bank. I closed the account after six months. I would give the bank negative five billion stars if I could.
Worst. Bank. Ever.
