I've been using IR for about a decade for 4 properties. They've been through ups and downs, but all in all have been a great managing team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used them for years, always responsive to our requests and our tenants requests, reporting and tax records are excellent. Good systems all around.

Do not use this property management company. Horrible experience. Lost so much money on my rental, it is heart breaking.
