I had never been to a Chiropractor before, but Dr. Stalheim eased any worries I came in with and was sure to give thorough explanations and discussions throughout the entire process.

I've always been skeptical of chiropractors but after doing a lot of searching online I decided to give Iowa Chiropractic and Performance Center a try. Dr. Stalheim's in-depth website and great reviews drew me in, and my experience at his practice has been every bit as positive. I can vouch for the other reviews here that say he spends a lot of time with you and really listens - even when I'm pretty bad at describing the pain! He's patient, professional and genuine. The mixture of physical therapy into his chiropractic approach is really great and I like that I have PT "homework" I can do in between appointments. Awesome place and doctor, absolutely would recommend.

While I was only able to see Dr. Stalheim a short time, I was pleased with the attention & service he provided. I appreciated the fact that he would take the time to question you during each visit to go over what was & wasn't working, and any progress that was being made. He seemed to care about your well being. He not only provides adjustments, but gives you therapy exercises to further improve your body and relieve discomfort you are experiencing. My only regret right now is that I am unable to continue with his services at this time, because I just lost my job. I will however continue to do the therapy movements he provided in hopes it will relieve my pain and strengthen the areas with issues. I feel pretty confident that if I had been able to continue with his service, my problems could one day be resolved. I always felt so much better when walking out of his office than I did when walking in. One day hope to get my husband in to see him as well!

I came to Conrad initially after hurting my neck while lifting something heavy at work. As a UPS driver, my body can take a beating. The neck and body soreness I was experiencing was tremendously improved after adjustment 1. Conrad is different from other chiropractors because not only did he perform the proper adjustments, he made me feel relaxed, comfortable & explained each step of the process to me. He gave me exercises to do at home and all the necessary information I needed to improve my neck and body overall. After multiple visits my range of motion has increased and the pain does not hinder me as it used to. Conrad is extremely knowledgeable in his line of work and also a great listener. If you are in need of a chiropractor, I would recommend visiting Conrad to anyone. He's a great person and is great at what he does.

Does a great job and always has your best interests in mind when trying to help meet your goals. Awesome chiro! HIGHLY recommend
