Rude workers. I went there for the NY car show and when I paid the guy had an attitude because I gave him the wrong paper, forgive me for making a small mistake. Besides that the price was good and my car was ready to go when my time reached
The workers are weird and awkward. Customer service and personality of the workers sucks, but it's otherwise not extremely pricey considering you're right in Times Square.
Fabulous prix and no long wait for car. Lot was full of cars but they are very efficient.
