Fast and easy repair, and great price + awesome customer service. I got my iPhone 7 battery replaced, but was able to get a refund minus the cost of the new part after discovering that the problem wasn’t with the battery but with the phone itself. Very satisfied and happy that I was able to get this refund so that I can use it toward a new phone instead. Fast, easy, efficient repair. Pretty cheap too compared to going through apple. Same day repair was awesome. I’d recommend them for any iPhone repair they’re really good engineers. Repaired my iPhone 6s charging port and it works like a charm! Their office location is a little confusing but if you see the kinda corporate looking building at their address just go to the correct floor and walk down the hall to get there

When my iPhone screen cracked in pieces I was I was looking for a place that would be efficient and financially reasonable. Well this place was the one! The guy was very nice and professional. I waited no longer than 25 min and my iPhone looked brand new INCLUDING an original iPhone screen not a refurbished one. Overall the service was great. I even referred my co-worker. She was pleased!

I love this place. The price is fair--very reasonable about a third of what apple or best buy will charge you to repair a phone. And besides affordable, it is fast! They fixed my phone in about fifteen minutes, even faster than they said they would. But honestly, the reason this place gets five stars is because, unlike so many tech shops, the engineers are super friendly. They are welcoming and offer very good customer service. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fast, affordable, friendly. I would never go anywhere else for an iphone repair.

Very professional staff and nice location. They were very quick to repair my phone. A month ago I shattered the screen on my IPhone 5s. It was a Sunday so I had few options at the time and had to go with a somewhat sketchy phone repair service. After that repair, I noticed the colors on my phone were no longer as vibrant as they used to be, but the phone worked, so I was happy. After one month went by, the screen protector cracked and I had to remove it. Once I removed it, the touch-screen no longer functioned correctly, and was doing things on it's own like opening apps, and not responding actual touches. It was like my phone had a mind of it's own. After a quick google search, and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to bring my phone here. I was not disappointed. I was received by Andy, who quickly assessed the situation and in roughly 15 min, brought back my phone completely repaired and with a very nice screen and phone protector. It was functioning perfectly and I also noticed the colors were vibrant, as they used to be. The price for everything was very reasonable cheaper than the previously crappy repair. I would also like to mention that the waiting area is very nice For a moment, I thought I was lost because it looks like the reception area for a nice corporate office. Hopefully, this time my phone screen will last, if not I'll update this review. Anyways, for now I highly recommend bringing your phone here for any repair services.
