Iphone Repair Shop Nyc

I drove out to their Long Island location to buy a Macbook they had. Owner seemed very nice and trustworthy. He told me the power was not working at the store so I never got to see the computer plugged in. There wasn't really much light to get a good look but I still bought it. When I got it home it would not take a charge. I took back to them and they had a charger there that made it seem like it was working and I felt a lil' silly. I went to buy a new charger to replace the one that came with it. Still no charge. Then I went to genius bar and the genius said it was one of the worst machines he ever saw. None of their chargers would charge it. He opened it up. It was missing lots of screws, a mess and he was surprised it was working at all. He even wrote up a whole report for me. I should have known better than to buy literally in the dark.

Got my iPhone screen repaired here they did it in 20 mins . Great job friendly service will recommend to my friends

These guys are amazing! I broke my mac laptop screen and had called a few places that didn't have the screen for my model in stock. Sunny was incredibly helpful over the phone and in person and he had the needed part in stock. I brought my laptop down and they were able to fix it in 45 minutes at a price barely above the cost of the part. Highly recommend!

Nice store! Their customer service is a A+. Manager was also very attentive and friendly, checking up with the other employees to make sure everything was okay and the customer was satisfied. Highly recommended

THE BEST!!! Incredibly honest, fast and friendly service. I brought my cracked iPhone 8 Plus in along with my friend’s cracked iPhone 7 and they fixed BOTH in under 2 hrs. I will definitely be back if needed hopefully not for a while tho!. Great convenient location too.

September 2019 Edit: I dropped my laptop again and got A+ service once again! They fixed my laptop within hours and for about 50% cheaper than what I was expecting. Despite having moved to the other part of town with plenty to repair stores closer to me, I went back to their store because of my previous experience with AppleBerry repair and they went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely worth the trip for me! They told me exactly what was wrong, what all my options were, and how much each option would cost me and even recommended I go for the cheaper option because they didn't see the need for me to spend extra money on something that wasn't completely necessary. It's refreshing to see such honesty. Couldn't have asked for better service! They fixed my laptop screen within a matter of hours and I got it back earlier than expected, looking as good as new. Nice, courteous staff, no bs, and you get a 60 day warranty on the repair, which I doubt you'll need anyway. Definitely recommended!

What a wonderful experience! Had a screen on my iPhone 7+ cracked and and trouble hearing callers. Went to this place and couldn’t be happier. Very nice, polite and most importantly within 30 min they changed my screen to a new one and cleaned out mic. It looks new! Amazing service and reasonable prices.
