I am so glad I found Iron Bond and Jenna. After my gym closed I was sad and anxious to find another gym home, Jenna and her dog Cooper are amazing coaches and very welcoming. The atmosphere is fun and the workouts are challenging and effective. Would recommend to ANYONE!
I am THRILLED that I found Iron Bond Fitness. I was doing Cross Fit and loved the intensity, but my body was not happy. Iron Bond has all the intensity of CrossFit, but with more functional movements. The workouts are KILLER and my body loves them. Jenna is amazing and the environment can't be beat!
Jenna is the best coach! She keeps you moving and motivated, but challenges you to push yourself throughout the whole workout. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been a part of!
