Try some very unique Irrawaddy Food Store LLC food for an awesome experience. I recommend the ginger beer, samusa soup and a tea-leaf salad. This is an awesome place for vegetarians. The wait can be quite long. There's a cafe right across the street for chilling at with your friends while you wait.
Good quality Myanmar food products available. Mohinga and pickle tea are also good.
