Jessica greeted me and her and Holly immediately helped me find exactly what I was looking for, which were shoes that provided extra arch support for stability. I was in there for no more than 10 minutes, but it was the best shoe-shopping experience I've had. I just finished walking a mile in my new shoes and I've never felt more stable and comfortable in my own feet. Holly offered me a no-issue return if I wasn't satisfied and even other alternatives, but I don't think I'll be coming back for a while. Thanks a lot guys!!

I had my absolute best experience with shoe sales at the Arcadia store with a staff member named Holly who was very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. From the moment I walked into the store she tuned right into my specialized foot issues and helped me find the right fit. This was my second purchase at this store, and I have loved the first pair I got here as well. I am forever grateful to Sole Sports and Holly!

I left my running shoes in Atlanta and called Sole Sports and asked if they could sell me. New pair and deliver them to my hotel. They did!! Bought my first pair of "real" running shoes fitted for my feet after years of running in shoes that had me aching after every run. Sole Sports offers fantastic customer service; they took their time to make sure I had the right shoe for my difficult to fit feet. I tried on different sizes, brands, and widths. Ultimately I ended up leaving with a new pair of beautiful Brooks. Highly recommend Sole Sports for your running shoe needs!

Picked up pairs of road and trail running shoes. Originally intended to just get trail shoes but ended up with 2 pair instead because of a mix up by Sole Sports. While this would typically result in a frustrated customer in having to make an additional and unplanned trip across town, Sole Sports made it right and was very apologetic about the mix up. I got the sense or impression that customer service is very important to them and they didn't try to skirt the issue. I really respect that, especially in today's world where everyone keeps trying to pass the buck. Everyone makes mistakes or has their bad day, and Sole Sports handled the situation well and like professionals. I typically go to REI for my running shoe needs but this experience has me as a believer in Sole Sports. I usually don't leave reviews but I was impressed how they handled their mix up and I appreciated the customer service so much that I thought it was good to share with folks who might be wondering if they should shop at Sole Sports.
