The seats are sloped enough to see most of the stage, but even a tall person can barely see the front. Comfortable enough and plenty of aisles to get there quickly. Ushers are a bit rude and disruptive on the balcony, sit somewhere else if you don't want them constantly interrupting the show. They use speakers so the acoustics don't really matter. It's a lot smaller and not as fancy as I'd been led to believe, but it's still a nice theater and a good place to enjoy a concert.

You freeze or you get fried depending on where you sit preventing you to enjoy the concert.
