The location is wonderful, only 4 miles from my home. The instructor Caroline was one of the best I've had. She was very thorough and patient. The girl at the desk showed me around and was very sweet and the facility is extremely clean. I signed up for the new client package. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you.

I thought the instructor was very knowledgeable and she gave good cues before every move. Easy to follow along with and she had good music as well!

Donna Lange's class is simply amazing. It was the 1st time I have felt "normal" in 3 weeks hearing her voice, doing her class. I never want the class to end!

Took the flow class Sunday at 10am. Haven't done yoga in over 3 years. Felt welcomed and the class was a good level for me. Teacher was amazing. Very clean facility. Great experience.

What an amazing studio! Genevieve is an awesome teacher. Great location, and extremely well ran. I’ll be going back.
