Island Mini-Mart

This review isn't really for the gas station, but the Bank of Hawaii ATM inside, which charges non-members $4.25 to withdraw $20. Seriously? I left without withdrawing and went to another nearby place that only charges $2.25, more out of spite and principal than for the money.

Pretty terrible customer service. I stop by here most nights and I’ve run into this problem multiple times. Tonight it happened again. Please acknowledge my existence in the store. You can hear the door ring. I shouldn’t be standing waiting to check out. If you need a minute just let me know you’ll be right over. But if you’re just standing chatting with a coworker, maybe put your conversation on pause and do your job.

Some of the ladies/staff are always friendly and smiling. BoH ATM machine in this one. It's a nice place for a quick stop of snacks, and drinks.

The old lady cashier here is so rude !! And she don't even know how to smile !
