Oh man...where do I begin with such a place that knows how to roll off the stress of the day like no other? I guess we'll start at the beginning. Located in the right hand side of the mall's face. Walk inside and the mood suddenly changes. Even as you come in do you realize they strive to create a relaxing and stress free environment. Once you check in, you'll have to offer a security deposit; car keys are well accepted. Once that's taken care off, they give you a key for a locker out front where you remove your shoes. Head to your locker room and enjoy a nice, long and hot shower to start setting the tone, which is required that you do wash off before going any further with this experience. Each locker room/ bathroom is equipped with hot tubs and saunas to check out at your pace. Don't keep track of time here, this is more of a laid back and carefree experience; which is something this place does well with while still keeping professional. They do feature a common area to hang out in incase you brought a group of mixed men and women. This features a small food court area, couches to relax on, and heated salt rooms to experience, as well as an ice room to cool down should you want to change the tempo of temperatures. There is an upstairs area, which is reserved for those who order a massage. I went with advice of friends and ordered one as well. Let me say that the hour long massage I was given had relaxed me to the point I felt almost as though I was floating because I had lost my senses the magic in their touch. Check out is basically opposite of check in. And I hope I do check in to this place again someday soon when I'm in the area.

I really wanted to like this place. The facilities are very nice and clean. However, the food is pretty bad and the treatments that we received were awful. One of the food items we ordered was Bulgogi beef, where the quality of the beef was so bad you had to spit out every other bite because it had something in it that you could not chew through. The seafood scallion pancake was OK as was the shrimp fried rice, though I could only find about 3 tiny shrimp in there.
Both my wife and I had a 60-min scrub and a 90-minute Swedish massage. The scrub was split into a 30-min scrub - which was good - and 30 min of "massage" which was so painful it was probably once a very successful Korean torture. The entire 30-min of this massage was delivered using the elbow and with so much pressure that every second of it was brutally painful. I tried to tell the guy to use less pressure, but he could not understand me.
The 90-min Swedish massage was not really Swedish at all - it was simply another form of the Korean torture massage that we got during the scrubs. Again, lots of use of the elbow with lots of pressure and my back was already so sore from the scrub massage that it was again very painful. At least this time the guy understood me when I asked for less pressure and the rest of the massage was OK.
Overall, when you consider that I spent nearly $700 on the day at the Island Spa with my wife, given that our bodies still ache and hurt 5 days later and it is painful to sit, turn, etc., that we have to take painkillers, I don't think the price was really worth almost having to go see a doctor after this "Spa". I have a good mind to sue this place for what they did to both me and my wife.

Excellent service! This place is good for relaxation/meditation, bachelorette party, studying, and simply pampering yourself. I come back here with excitement, glow scrub package is amazing, their food is great, shaved ice and drinks and so many other awesome things, I don't even know where to start. Haven't tried their facial yet, but I sure will be there on memorial day weekend and will do an update.

Found this spa on Groupon. Nice deal for $25. Very fun and relaxing experience. I went with my husband for the first time. We loved it. You have access to all the saunas and yoga class. They give you comfortable clothing to wear on the premises. Barefoot only. No bathing suits allowed. You must enter the pools nude in order to maintain the cleanliness of the water. I was a little shy at first but once you soak in the water it’s great. The jacuzzis are gender specific and located separately in the men’s and women’s locker rooms. There is even a juice bar and cafe for a light snack or lunch. I highly recommend this place and hope to return again soon.

Island Spa is a very relaxing environment with tons of amenities. You can get a great deal on Groupon and spend many hours there for cheap. If you have tons of aches and pains, this is the place for you!
I would love to give this place 5 stars. This place is great! However, during off peak hours, a creepy dude in the sauna tried to do some inappropriate stuff while trying to start a conversation with me. Not cool man. I quickly got dressed and bounced out of the place.
In short: Great place...but be aware of your surroundings.
