Island Urgent Care - Pearl Kai

Called ahead at 11:00AM, they said they close at 8:00PM. I get there at 11:30AM and they are closed. What a fail clinic. If your going to change your individual hours of operation, you need to let people know.

Staff was extremely polite and the service was relatively prompt. The Doctor was outstanding and very personable. He made my daughter feel comfortable and did a great job with her splint.

The front desk lady on the left side thats working on Sept 21 2021 4pm doesn't care to help me out. I'm in the military with authorization and she didn't want to help me out at all. I just had a surgery on my left arm and with allergic reaction. She waisted hour of my time for nothing.

8/13/2021 whoever the receptionist was that she was very rude. Very un polite the way she ask question from patients very unwelcoming. Ruins the reputation of the clinic ‍
