I enjoyed dealing with a straightforward no BS guy like Jeff. Installation was done clean and neat and Techs were right on time. No drama, no surprises. Just good work done at a fair price. Highly recommended.

So I replaced the roof on a commercial building, and needed someone to replace the aluminum coping on the top of the parapets 3 sides and repair/replace the facia, gutter and leaders on the rear of the building. Had a few contractors come and quote the work. Opted to go with Islandwide. No negotiations, no special asks, just do the job! Took some time to get his guys here as he claimed they were busy. Finally came, did the job, not impressed, sloppy seams, gacked up with caulk, but I don't live here at this building, so looked the other way. Showed me an area where when they shot a pin/nail into a cement coping stone it disintegrated as there was an issue with the stone. Told me to get it fixed, and he would return and patch the coping. Paid in full at the end of the day. Got coping stone fixed, but couldn't get Islandwide back after numerous phone calls. Then we had a wind storm and a couple of pieces of aluminum blew off of the building. Still couldn't get them back. At this point there isn't one piece of aluminum left on my building, and after dozens of calls, including talking to the owner directly, I'm forced to hire someone else. It isn't bad enough that business such as ours are struggling due to Corona Virus and the horrible economy. But now I have to hire and pay another contractor to completely redo something already paid for! PS: the one star I had to give just to post this is too much. This was like being held up. I paid and have nothing but aggravation to show for it!!!

We needed to replace the gutters on a retail property we bought in Valley Stream and Islandwide came to the rescue! Their work was perfect and they even installed deeper gutters that handle the roof water much better then before! Nice Serviceman - Fast - Neat - Fair Price! Totally recommend.
I had asked friend of mine who would be best for new gutters and he recommended Islandwide. They showed up right on time and were very polite. They did the job quickly and my whole hose had new gutters for way less than I thought. After they were done you would never have known they had been there. Highly recommend

My neighbor recommended Island Wide. I called them to get an estimate for a roof repair and to replace my gutters. I had a 9:00AM-11:00AM appointment. The secretary called to tell me they would be late. They would arrive between 11:00AM and 1:00PM. At 1:15PM no one had arrived and there was no contact from the company to let me know they would be late. I called them and was told they would come between 1:30Pm and 2:30PM. Still no one from the company contacted me to tell me they weren't coming. I stayed home an entire day. The owner never contacted me to apologize. I do not recommend this company.
