As a professional of 23 years I can say that this practice really cares about it’s patients and we try our best. Sometimes the people working here change but the caring never stops. As a professional I applaud those that go above and beyond. I would prefer a fellow hygienist erring on the side of caution then harm. We are human but we do our best and every case is different according to what is present at the time we see you. The mouth changes and heals right after the cleaning if you’ve a good professional who does a great job for you.
Such a professional and warm staff from the time you enter till the time you leave. I had my teeth cleaned but also had a front chipped tooth repaired from biting down on my fork while craving some good broccoli. The dentist was very meticulous with the procedure. I can't even tell that I ever had a chipped tooth to begin with. See you guys in 6 months!!
I love iSmile especially at this location! Everyone is so nice, great service, and I’m never nervous when the dentist is working with me! They give great care and they are attentive, taking care of whatever they find and following up to make sure I’m okay! Highly recommend
I went here for my first cleaning since covid back in May. I was surprised when they said I had early periodontal disease and needed extensive deep cleaning and multiple fillings. It had been a couple of years but my teeth felt fine and I’d never heard anything close to this with pre-covid cleanings. But I figured they’re the pros so I did what they recommended. And I did it quickly bc they really made it seem urgent. I went in for 2 periodontal cleanings which involved numbing half my face with shots in the gums so they could really get in there and clean around the roots, plus the fillings. It was super unpleasant but I figured that’s what needed to be done. Then I came in for a maintenance cleaning 3 months later not 6 like is usually recommended bc periodontal cleanings need to happen more frequently, they said and asked them to also look at one of the fillings they did bc it never felt quite right. But the person took more X-rays and said it didn’t look like they’d gotten everything on the first round of deep cleanings. So we did another round instead, only on one side of my mouth, and didn’t have time for them to look at the filling. Also when I showed up to this appt I had a surprise balance to pay that I wasn’t aware of ahead of time, I’d been under the impression I’d settled up at the end of my previous appt. I wasn’t feeling great about them after this appt so I thought I’d look around for another dentist. I cancelled my last appt with them bc it overlapped with when we were out of town for the holidays anyway. Then while we were gone I got a text asking me to confirm that I would be coming in the following day for an appt I definitely never made. It was on a different day from the one I’d cancelled so it wasn’t that they’d just forgotten to cancel it in their system or something. This just added to my sense of discomfort with them. Fast forward to today and the new dentist I just went to was really surprised that they recommended these cleanings for me. They fixed the filling issue I can chew with both sides of my mouth again for the first time in 6 months!, took new X-rays, checked my gums, etc. and confirmed that I really didn’t need periodontal cleanings. There were a couple of problem spots they said to focus on but said even those weren’t bad enough for what iSmile sold me and were in line with what they’d expect for someone my age. They didn’t see the bone loss that warrants that type of intensive cleaning. iSmile was clear that there’s no reversing periodontal disease and it’s all about maintenance moving forward. The dentist today said, while that’s true, my problem spots could improve if I stay diligent with flossing/brushing/etc because I’m not really at the bone loss stage. I’m so relieved my teeth aren’t in as bad of shape as I was led to believe but I’m floored by this. The deep cleanings are significantly more expensive, not to mention significantly more anxiety-inducing. I won’t be going back here. I wish I’d never gone here. I was hesitant to leave a review at all I hardly ever review places and definitely not to complain but scrolling back I saw some similar experiences to mine. I thought I should add my voice to hopefully help others avoid this situation themselves.
I went in for a cleaning because they had openings, but received minimal care and was advised to come in for major surgery and even stated I could do the surgery day of. They pressured me to do extra things and won't answer the phone to cancel the appointment. A big company that just wants to make money. Save your time, money, and teeth never go! As a side note I never write reviews and I want to make sure someone can benefit from my review.
I can’t even say enough positive about my experience at Ismile today. I panicked when my retainer cracked it’s like my binkie and with the holidays and moving I anticipated at least 2 weeks without my binkie. Samantha fit me in within an hour of my call, Michaela cheerful found the fit and offered to rush the retainer at her earliest convenience and BAM Isaac showed up, put the super rush on for me and made the retainer on what must have been his break. I seriously feel like I could cry. I always get super treatment at Ismile however today was a World Series home run! Thanks for making me feel like a Royal today. Yes that means I don’t have to sleep even one night without my retainer.
I've had a terrible experience with dentist over the last few months and these guys are awesome!! They really work with you on payment which is amazing because dental work is not cheap!

My son and I just found iSmile and had a super experience. Crystal was amazing to work with to schedule appointments and was very helpful when helping me figure out payment for an implant. Tammi, was awesome!! She super friendly, gave me a thorough cleaning, gave me some great tips on managing sensitivity, and helped me decide to finally get a dental implant. Dr. Lankford was amazing. We are so happy that we found iSmile.
