Automatically tacked on 20% to my bill without it listed anywhere publicly and without letting me know. Seems pretty shady to do when not keeping an open tab. Glad I looked at my receipt, please look at yours too.

I normally come here every month or two when I visit from out of town. Today the visit was horrible. First there is NO food anymore. Also Jaylen the best server ever no longer works here. When I got upstairs, there was throw up in the floor. The young lady from down stairs came up and sprayed it and left it on the floor.  Currently still in the floor an hour later. I was stopping everyone telling them watch out there is throw up in the floor.  Not to mention I got a hookah two drinks and one shot that I added to be $42 she charged $53. When I questioned her she said everything has a service fee!!! Why? Because the service was no where near even good. This was our favorite spot to come to while visiting but I doubt we will EVER return.

Music is trash! Like I put on own AirPods in just to enjoy my night.

The location is great. Atmosphere is really laid back but don’t come here unless you like to wait. My fiancé and I waited about 20 minutes plus to get our hookah. We chose two different flavors and when I asked a staff member about using all of the first flavor before I get the other flavor she said we would have to ask before we get the next one then was told we got both together when I asked again. I purchased a repack and waited 45 minutes to have a staff member come up to tell me that they’re waiting on hookahs when I already have one. I also gave a staff member $5 for a $3 beer and she kept my change without asking if she could keep it or not. Awful service. Won’t come back and that’s sad to say because five years ago this place was awesome to come to.

Very poor customer service in the evenings. This is not a lounge. The staff does not check on you or provide any service after hookah is delivered. Very frustrating.  They never come around to turn the coals for hookahs. Food gets delivered without utensils and napkins. It’s constant back and forth going to the counter to get what you need.  Note: Food is really yummy, but service is not so yummy.  Do not take a date here. It won’t be a good experience.  However, this is a decent lunch spot. They have a managerial problem b/c lunch staff is spot on. Late night is a major bust.

It's chill but the hookahs kind of suck. We ordered three and only one worked normally, one was burnt and one was clogged. You are also required to order everything at a register with ambivalent bartenders who will never check up on you. Be prepared to take care of yourself. If you are cool with all that it's not a bad spot

So I am used to another hookah lounge in Charlotte, but a friend suggested this place and I decided to go. Overall to me it was a bad experience. Here are my overall ratings:  Drinks: 8/10  They were perfectly made, not too weak or too strong made just the way they should be.  Customer Service: 2/10  They were busy granted, but after we selected what we wanted, which took 10 mins we waited an additional 20 before they came to take our orders. Took another 30 to get the hookah, but they had warned they were awaiting a hookah to be free as they were all in use. When we got it, the flavor was low and it had a VERY dry after taste, so we asked if we could get a repack, which the place I go charges 5-7 bucks a repack, they were asking if they could get it free for us, especially since we heard they would charge us a full price hookah for the repack.  All the while were sitting next to the bar and watch our drinks be made, we saw them sit on the bar for 20 minutes before we received them. 10 minutes later they finally got back to us and switched our hookah, we assumed we had picked a bad flavor and this one would be better. We were wrong...  Hookahs: 4/10  So overall I give this location a 2/10 so converting it to a 5 star it gets a 1 sadly, I wont be going back.

Automatically charge 20%. What a terrible and dishonest way to run a business. I’ll never be back.
