Took basic obedience class. Fine. Tried for 3 weeks to get signed up for advanced class. Never returned my calls. Even went to the place and talked with head trainer, was told again, someone would call. Nothing. Have since found someone else that we are very happy with. Would NOT recommend this place, it's a dogs world.
Excellent, certified trainers who understand not every dog gets the right kind of training from our huge Pet stores' training. Plus they have a real backyard area of grass trees, cats outside noises and distractions which is why we are training our dogs
100% amazing!! Loved all the staff, everyone is friendly and seem to adore their jobs! They take the time to work with any questions you have and are very knowledgeable! We did the basic obedience class with our Pitbull puppy! She was able to grasp so much just from their techniques and online information. We continued to do our at home training and now a few months later she is still doing amazing!
I called and left 3 messages and have never received a reply. I had a great experience with them about 16 years ago and want to take my current dogs for training. The training area was a big fenced in grassy area so we were outside which I like. Maybe the best way to reach them is by email or drive there, which is my next choice because I really wanted human contact so I could ask questions. I don't know how to rate them at this point.
I wanted to subscribe my dog to trainings, as previously had a consultation. I called several times and left messages and never called back. Then, I decided to send an e-mail and they replied saying that they would call me... it never happen. Regarding the consultation, it was not the best, as a lot of paperwork have to be filled, instead of actually see the dog's reactions but in general terms was "okay". In the end, looks like a good place, but what a pity with the communication they have.
Amanda is a miracle worker. She taught Tilly, my 9 month old Kokoni, how to do all the commands I asked her to do. I couldn't believe my eyes. Awsome staff and highly recommend this place.I can't say enough about this place.
Seen our dog wailing his tail running in our backyard is priceless!!! This is the result of his training and his trainer, Deb. I was not sold on the e-collar and I thought that was a waste of time and money. But when saw him so happy running around and listening to our commands it was all worth. My words of appreciation are minimum in comparison to gratefulness for the love and effort Deb dedicated to our puppy. By the way our puppy is a rescue Mastiff
We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the trainers. Our dog Chico was a pup and we had an upcoming vacation trip. We signed him up for training and boarding for 3 weeks. We visited him and secretly watched his progress. He was a very hyper puppy. After training and our continued effort of practicing the commands it at home he is an awesome family dog. Our trainer was Karen and she was awesome.
