If you're tired of hotel buffets and craving for Filipino food while in Las Vegas, this is the place to go!
Found this gem few minutes away from the strip. Food and service are awesome!
The place is clean and with really cute table set ups and decors.
The owner is super friendly. Btw, I'm from San Diego so when it comes to pinoy food I'm really picky. But this place exceeded my expectations🤗

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
I was on vacation with my mother and sister. I live in San Francisco for 20 years now. We drove to Vegas as our second stop from Lake Tahoe/Reno. On our first day in Vegas, my mother was craving for Filipino food. I searched on google and it gave me 3 suggestions. "Ito'y Sariling Atin" was one of it. I picked this one because it looked very Filipino with "turo-turo" style as we call it in the Philippines. So we drove to the restaurant. When we got in, i seated my mother first at the table who is handicapped. Then I proceeded to the food station where everybody was getting food. But I couldn't figure out where the line started as everybody was moving all over. And I ended up going to the wrong end.
After two customers, the lady turned to me and asked my order. To give the readers an idea about the lady, I would describe her as something "mataray" meaning "bitchy". The way she carried herself, she seemed like coming from a shanty or slum area in Manila. It was like she didn't have an education. No breeding at all. You know what I'm talking about. I really admire Filipinos in the US because they come here as professionals just like me. Americans have high regards on us. But I don't know with the lady in the restaurant. Maybe she didn't have an education. She could be a prostitute from Ermita, met an American guy and moved in the US.
I told the lady: "Can I have 3 pieces of "galunggong?" Standing next to me was my sister who said: "Can I swap one galunggong with the other fried fish? (I forgot the name of the fish). The lady's reaction was very rude. She made face on us. I just kept my composure and tried to respond to her very nicely. Then the lady asked again: "What else?" I replied: "three bowls of monggo soup, please." She asked: "What size?" I responded: "Small size." She commented: "just a small size for you?' She said it with sarcasm. And I jokingly replied: "I'm on diet." Then she told us that we should get a tray and get in line. I said to her that I was trying to figure out the line but it was confusing. She pointed the sign (Start here) up in the ceiling and the entrance door. How could a new customer able to see it unless he or she would look up upon entering? I was trying to order more but she left us and went to other customer. And that was the end of it. Right away, I picked up my Mom from the table and told my sister to go.
Horrible! My first time going to that restaurant was terrible. The lady should attend to us very nicely since we are visiting from California. She should not presume that everyone knows the rule. Even if regular customers who know the rule, she should give due respect and treat every customer very nicely.
First impression lasts as they say. My impression to "Ito'y Sariliing Atin" really sucks. I will never go back there. I'm hundred percent sure that I will not recommend this restaurant.
