Love this program. Sonia and the rest of the team have been great to work with. She has been very interested in how my dates have gone and always interested in what I am looking for in a future relationship. After dealing with on line sites of sit on the couch people who will never find a relationship, or dealing with scams this has been a refreshing and sensible approach to actually meeting a future relationship. Thanks to the staff of It’s just lunch for having a realistic approach to meeting people.

This was a HUGE decision for me - deciding to be truly proactive about dating and putting myself out there. And, I don't like being "sold". From Day 1 Dierdre was extremely compassionate in her approach, and I felt she truly cared about me, not the sale. That's what made me listen more and ultimately sign up with IJL. I was right. If I'm uncomfortable with something or have questions, she's been a great listener and offers sound advice. She doesn't gloss over, dismiss, or put down my concerns, but really listens and allows me to be myself - and that makes me feel valued. I have recently joined IJL and have had the pleasure to work with Deirdre Murphy and Ana Gonzalez. They are both out going, positive and helpful. They have been very good at putting my information together with the personality of my first date. I appreciate there support, positive outlook, and intuition.

This was a huge decision for me. I had tried dating apps and that was going nowhere. At 71 yrs young and a widow it was hard to figure out how the dating scene worked. IJL has been the connection I needed. Ana has been wonderful to work with. I’m so comfortable in sharing with her what I want in a relationship and what my concerns are in dating at this age. She is so reassuring and puts me at ease about dating. I’ve had great dates and meeting men that are of quality and genuine in looking for that LTR. Since we are in the final chapters of our lives and have had careers, families and life experience’s I’m finding that at this stage we are more open about things than if we were younger. I’m excited and scared but hopeful that I will find that person and share our lives together.

Hi internet, I’ve been using IJL for about 4 months now. Here are my thoughts to help you figure out if this is right for you. I’m going to get straight the the relevant points: -first of all, it is expensive girls pay significantly less than guys - about 50% less based on my casual polling.. That makes sense, I suppose from the business pricing model. Remember, that girls get into clubs for free, while guys pay cover?! -however, that creates a certain barrier to entry, so I would recommend that non serious folks don’t get into this dating pool. - Also, that was a huge plus for me because tinder/bumble/match etc. are super repetitive not sure if you all feel like me, having the same conversations over and over. - dating coaching: 1/5 stars. Unless you are really bad at communicating with people - that value prop is a waste. My problem is the lack of free time not being able to hold a conversation, so I got nothing out of that. - matching: they do a decent job matching you with interesting people. I had a good time at every date. And on paper, every date was plausible for a long term relationship. But again, it’s about the chemistry, right? - I’ve been averaging a new date at least monthly. - Overall, I would recommend this service for people that are serious about seeking a long term companionship. I have been working with the Minneapolis IJL staff, mainly Eva, Sonya & Sabrina, and they have been amazing including all the staff answering the phone to the matchmakers. My coach Jolene has been so helpful with her advise. I am a widow and my age is 60+. Getting out there dating again is difficult. IJL takes all the difficulty out of the equation and does the work searching for that perfect match, making the reservation at the restaurant and contacting me of the arrangements. All I have to do is show up. I am confident I will find happiness with this process.

After some fine tuning of my profile and what i am looking in a woman, they have done a fabulous job matching me with quality women.
