I was here for a hand surgery and had a very pleasant experience. All the medical staffs are professional, nice and welcoming. They really helped relieve my anxiety of undergoing a surgery.
I’ve got the IV needle in my arm not hooked up to anything I’m just sitting in the waiting room. Came here for kidney problems definitely will never come back here again. After they run a test on you they just put you back in the waiting room in these cubicles.

Best hospital I've ever been to! Dr.dina delivered my baby February 8th she is the best delivery doctor ever. Made me feel comfortable and super sweet lady! Labor was only two hours. Love all nurses and staff! They really care about you and your health.
I've been coming here for various things since this hospital opened, and they've always taken good care of me. Dr. Kemp and Dr. Saba are awesome!
When my partner had to be gone for awhile, they were always there to help with the baby. And they were full of good advice and comfort to a sick new mom, despite me going a little nuts at times - these women are professionals and I owe them my sanity for the time I was in there.
IU Health West is an outstanding facility. Friendly, concerned staff coupled with excellent medical care.
