The staffs are very professional and friendly. My pain is gradually gone and the strength of my injurried arm and shoulder improved after sections of customized therapies and massages. I definitely recommend them.
Both Chelsea and Dave have been great, my son had a very good experience with his PT in this office. He has been going to recover from a soccer / knee injury.
Ivyrehab exceeded my expectations for care. My PT, Chelsey Provencher, always listened and understood my needs, modifying my treatment as we went along and I worked toward recovery. She is a talented therapist. The offices in Princeton and Hopewell both worked to meet my schedule and are well run.
Only been a few weeks, but already seeing major improvements. The PT I've been working with Chelsey is excellent. Highly recommend
Everything about Ivy stands above and beyond other PT facilities, its level of professional with the first contact with the front office. It takes extra precautions to ensure cleanliness; there is no wait time, the therapist I have used pays attention, is skilled and shares his knowledge with the patient ensuring they will maintain their recovery. I have been to other PT facilities and IvyRehab stands out.
Friendly and helpful staff. My arm feels much better after 2 weeks. Kristin and Bob the therapists are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very pro-active. The other workers there sorry forgot names are also friendly. The front desk staff Ruth and Irene are easy to work work and make appointments. I would def recommend this place for all your PT needs.
Ivy Rehab is great. Both the therapists are excellent and the receptionist, Irene, is knowledgeable and efficient. I've been there multiple times for different injuries over the last few years and they've always gotten me back on my feet sometimes literally. Highly recommended!
Great experience. At Ivy Rehab they attended me very quickly even though I had not booked my place there. Kristin provided a close and personal treatment and was rather skilled. The single inconvenience - having to be attended at the same time as other 3-4 patients, but I was there on a Saturday morning, so perhaps in a normal weekday there would be more therapists attending patients.
Kristin is quite frankly in the top 3 physical therapists I've worked with in the past 30 years. She listens really well, her hands are amazingly adept at finding the worst hurty knots first, and she knows when to push and when to focus on rest and relief. As someone who has had a 4-level neck fusion and 2 fusion surgeries lower down, it's very difficult to find a physical therapist who gets me, treats me without going too far too fast but encourages me to seek whatever improvements I can reach given my tons of scar tissue and old recurring trigger points over so much territory. Better yet, she's witty and funny and not stuffy or stuck up. I really enjoy going to PT here, even after a long, hard day of more than 10 hours at my office and riding NJT Access-a-ride to and from. Further, every staff member at this location of Ivy Rehab has been great to work with, from scheduling to paying to setting up my heat treatments. Everyone is courteous, thoughtful and shows their true human selves I haven't found this at most medical offices, never mind PT offices. I've already recommended Kristin and her office to 4 colleagues. In under a month.
Ivy Rehab in Princeton has gone out of their way to be accommodating and personable. My physical therapist is friendly and focused on resolving my issues. I'm always attended to in a timely manner and my time constrains are always taken into consideration. I strongly recommend Robert Fauske and Ivy Rehab for your PT needs.
