I’ve used Mr. Davis twice, once to write a letter and once to represent me in a criminal matter. Both times he met and exceeded my expectations. I ran afoul of the law the summer of ‘15. I originally hired a law firm downtown, paid a bunch of money and waited, and waited, and waited...2.5 years later I was nowhere. I fired them, hired Mr. Davis and within 3 months he had the whole thing taken care of and got me a better deal than I could ever have imagined. And all of it was done for a fee I found reasonable. I recommend Mr. Davis.

Expertly handled a traffic ticket for me by discussing it with the officer and having it dismissed. Polite and efficient. If I get another legal issue I know who to call. Update 9/17 I unfortunately got another traffic violation. Luckily I did know who to call. Again Brooks was awesome. Kept me up to date on the process, on my options and ultimately had the ticket thrown out. I can't recommend him more highly.

From my initial consultation with him, emails and phone calls between us to explain procedure and discuss strategy, I knew what to expect from him throughout the process. He handled my case with great advocacy to avoid a trial and any lengthy administrative or other legal consequences. He was passionate about my representation and his work. He was more than fair with his costs for his work and is well worth his fee. I highly recommend him.
