We have used J Cleaners for 15 years. They continue to provide good service and are able to meet special requests when I need something cleaned or altered by a specific day.
Beautiful work and always done by the time promised.
Took in my Dress Blue uniform to have it cleaned an two loose buttons sewn. Got it back and the buttons were sewn wrong. When I went back he told me it was " too difficult" to do it correctly. Did not offer a refund. Terrible customer service, I will never go back and I urge others to do the same.
