This location is CLOSED. Not sure why it shows it’s opened…wasted a lot of time and gas driving here and parking only to find it’s under renovation.

Great customer service from Brad at this J. Crew location. I went in there with no idea of what suit to get for a wedding in Mexico and Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in wearing carhartts, a work vest and a beanie and he didn't assume any stereo type and treated me with the upmost respect. I ended up ordering a linen suit from them. Highly recommend. Give that man a raise.
One of the employees here was rude not only to me but also to her coworker. She seemed entirely disinterested in helping me and her patience seemed thin. Not a big deal, but not a pleasant shopping experience. It took over 10 minutes for the store to process an exchange for an incorrectly sized item. This was inconvenient and could have been avoided with better internal systems/processes. I won't be entirely avoiding J Crew, but will be looking for other options before shopping with them in the future.
For a while I thought this store needed some real good shaking up. Sometimes you go there and it's as if no one sees you. Once in a while you get good service... but yesterday I went I along with my daughter and was immediately approached by the nicest sales person name Tatiana. She was very knowledgeable about the stock. Made several trips to price check and exchange items for us. I was really impressed with her genuine care, so I decided to write a review. Thanks Tatiana.
Good chinos. Overall good selection online and reasonable prices. Staff is friendly as well. Stock in store is pretty pathetic. Even if they don't want to carry large inventory, at least keep a few pieces for trial. It's almost useless to visit the store since nothing is ever in there, only online. Mostly go there too return items since I need to order everything online without trying things on.
The manager in the store did seem agitated with any simple question and rushed very quickly back to folding clothes or something else rather than helping us. Quite the contrary the cashier was very polite and patient.
The staff at J Crew Valley Fair is friendly and helpful. The store is very well organized. This season J Crew has the most beautiful pieces. Now they even offer the ship to store option. I love this store, they go out of their way to make sure you find what you’re looking for and if they’re out of you size they will find it for you, either online or at another store. And they’ll ship it free of charge to you. Thank you, J Crew Valley Fair for being so wonderful. Special thanks to Richard and Emily.
Big fan of jcrew. Unfortunately they have a somewhat limited men's selection at this location. Wait for sales to get reasonable prices, 30-40% off is common. Don't forget to use your student ID for additional discount if you have one. It usually stacks on sale prices as well.
