J.Crew Men's Shop

Great selection, wonderful location, and helpful staff. J Crew consistently has incredible customer service and goes beyond their normal duties to serve. This store helped track down a missing article of clothing and the staff were always courteous and professional. I'll definitely be back.

This store does not have any selection of color or size. I told one of the employees that I wanted to buy a grey suit but needed help with the size. They went in the back and brought me out a blue jacket to try on, because they didn't have a grey one in my size. That was fine, the color they brought me was alright. I asked if they had the matching pants in my size. The attendant brought me out a pair of pants in a different color, saying that they did not have my size in that color. For a men's store, they have a minimal selection of colors and sizes. I would not recommend this store.

It’s an interesting choice to staff one sales associate in a 2-floor store layout. As usual for J Crew, there were about 3 random sizes in everything on the floor. I spent the whole visit upstairs trying to piece things together while the only employee didn’t even bother to check in, despite there being NO OTHER customers in the store and having a security guard downstairs. I eventually just got frustrated and left. Even in this ridiculous staffing situation, you can at least say “I’m so sorry- it’s just me today. If you wouldn’t mind bringing items down here to try on, I can at least help you then.” Instead, when I came down empty handed, he asked if I “had trouble finding anything?” I said, “Yes, I did. I needed help with sizes but wasn’t going to run down here in my socks.” The guy literally laughed as he said “okay.” And that was that.

Great shop in Logan Circle. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a wide selection of things that you can find online, so you don’t have to worry about them not having things.

This particular J Crew branch has terrible service. I've encountered more than one employee who was rude and very unprofessional. I recommend the Georgetown store over this one. It sucks.

Nice shop with a whole range of men's items that another DC location near Chinatown skimps on. Generally speaking J crew is pricey but we'll worth the quality.
