Joel is very knowledgeable and does the best work. Plus his affiliation with Napa auto parts gives you one of the best warranties for parts around. Best parts + plus excellent labor = peace of mind!

J&J is possibly my FAVORITE thing about living in the greater Woodstock area, and is one of the first things to pop in my head that I would miss INCREDIBLY much whenever I'm looking to relocate to another state...
THAT, is how good this shop is.
I've brought my vehicle (81 VW Van), my family's vehicles (00 Ford Ranger / 89 Pontiac Formula), and friends vehicles (07 Dodge Caliber / 04 Subaru Outback / 00's Volvo, 00's Chevy Silverado, and more), all were treated like family and as equals. Some shops treat you and talk to you like you're a sucker and just want you to hand over the keys and the credit card. J&J is as far from that experience, that I've ever experienced!
Quality. Honesty. Craftsmanship.
I, as well as friends and family, always suggest J&J to anyone who mentions vehicle troubles. Joel is a guru, or maybe he's part engine, and Jackie is always the most welcoming and lovely no matter who walks in the door, no matter the mood, no matter the reason, she (they) are ready to greet you with a smile.

Brand new to the Woodstock area and needed to find a mechanic to repair my brakes without charging me an arm and a leg. What I found here was the best customer service I've ever received at an auto shop and someone who went above and beyond to check out my entire truck. Would recommend to anyone in Cherokee county looking for a good, honest mechanic

I have been going to J & J Automotive for a year now. Joel and Jackie are the most honest people I have ever gone to for car repairs. They are not only honest, but extremely reasonable on pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs. I drive all the way from Cartersville just so they can service my vehicles. It is worth the drive!!!
