J & J Brick & Materials Co Inc

Just recieved shipment and the quantity was wrong, and they delivered them in the driveway and never knocked on the door to ask where I wanted the bricks. My actual work site in in the back so I wanted the supplies put in the back. They also did not leave me an invoice to itemize and validate quantities. Not very good customer services at all .. I can not imagine they treat the builders this way only individual customers.

Called asking for a reference on a tile job. Not very helpful. Might have a good inventory, but not the full package. Future Rreference* When a potential customer calls in requesting information regarding something relative to your trade, or industry even if you cannot make a sale. . .the professional and courteous, way to handle that would be to try and help send them in the right direction regardless. i.e.: "you might want to check with" or "have you googled ______? " then apologize for not being able to help, and wish them luck upon ending the call. Thats how we operate anyway.
