Large portions, good food, affordable prices. Definitely a good find in Cupertino. The owners are super nice too. Oh and they have dim sum.
It seems Yum Tea turned back into J&J BBQ again, at least that's what the owner tells me. For starters, theres actually food this time round instead of being some quick bite or drink of boba. Such as their Seafood BBQ!

This place is one of the best places to get the most bang for your buck, as their regular sizes are around 10 dollars but gives more food than most places. Their food is always made to order, and their boba is also pretty good. I would recommend this to anyone as a place to get lunch!
Large portions, food was pretty good their katsu sauce is lacking tho. Good price for amount of food you get, they stack everything to lid. Great spot for quick bite or snack.
The food is very good tasting. Friendly atmosphere. Bring the kids they love it. Highly recommend.
The place is nice, the food is great, large portion size, but the plastic utensils aren't great for cutting steak and ribs. Overall, it is a great experience
Good food. But some of the meat was difficult to cut with the flimsy plastic forks and knives they give you. Would have preferred real metal utensils. Also the gentleman at the counter had such a think accent that I could not understand him.
