Awesome value and quality! Didn’t need to charge a bunch for the repair or buy tons of spare parts. He fixed the garage door perfectly and for only one hour of labor when I thought it was gonna cost way more. Most door repairs can be fixed without insanely expensive parts FYI

John's company is absolutely professional all the way around. The receptionist who greeted me was professional and very knowledgeable about the products. The door arrived weeks earlier than anticipated and the two gentlemen who installed it were professional and quick. The installation took less time than anticipated. The door looks beautiful and the company is an excellent institution. John was recommend to me by a friend who had 5 large doors installed at a warehouse. I highly recommend this company.

After inquiring via email, Maria has been very responsive and helpful with all my questions. She was very nice on the phone too. Their cost is also lower compared to the others I've contacted. After finalizing the schedule with her, their team came within the time frame she gave. Chris and David was very nice to answer my questions and gave tips on how to maintain our garage doors. Not only did they replace the broken torsion spring, they even made some adjustments on the rails so that it would function better. They even sprayed some lubricant on the hinges and rails. Now the garage door operates much quieter than before. Thank you guys for the tremendous service you did! Will definitely recommend you to others.

John and his crew were awesome! John and his crew sets the bar high in his industry. From the very beginning he was thorough and professional. Their workmanship speaks for itself. I had them take my old door and ordered a basic replacement. They got rid of my old door and motor then replaced not just the door but the framing for the support system for the door. The new motor is extremely quiet. When we decide to upgrade to a custom door I will be calling JMK! Look no further, John and his crew are amazing!

Needed help due to previous person's incompetence, so was defensive but the person came and they were knowledgeable, efficient and didn't try to sell me anything. They just told me what was wrong and let us decide how we wanted them to fix it. Then the job was done quickly and professionally. JMK Garage Doors - Professional, experienced, efficient 5-star service! Highly recommended! This company is the best! I called and they arrived the same day about 2 hours later. Diagnosed the problem broken spring in about 10 seconds, gave me a fair price, we’re very nice and completed the entire repair in under 30 minutes including a complete lubrication. WOW! Also, major bonus, our garage door is SO much quieter now after JMK service. After dealing with so many awful repair/service companies I would give these guys 10 stars. They were that good. Professional, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. Luis did a great job for my in-laws and then tag teamed my house with Chris. A business is only as good as its employees, and these two guys represent the business well. Highly recommend for both price and competence.
