I'm really impressed. This is a great little custom hat make with some awesome product. If you want a good had that will last you years, I'd come here! They can even see a hat broom or do a full cover to a riding helmet.

They have done wonderful work with refurbishing two of my old hats, as well as custom-making another one for me. Two thumbs up!!

Had a great time making my own custom hat yesterday at JW Hats! The staff were helpful and excited to show me what to do. Love my new hat, way better than buying off the rack. Would definitely recommend.

Lol not at all its on the fact that you waisted months of my time. Your excuses are as endless as your poor customer service but lie all you want people will find out on there own. I just Don't trust this place even a little bit.
