I had a problem with a meal at Jada's. I reached out to them via social media and not only did they respond in an extremely timely manner, but they also offered me a free meal on my next visit. Their customer service is extremely polite, understanding, and helpful. Definitely recommend. The food is pretty great too!

Employees don’t wear their mask properly if worn at all. I’ve seen the guy taking the order pull down his mask the entire time while taking an order from someone who wasn’t wearing one at all.
