Reviews

I have had to remind them many times that they cannot charge me pet rent for my emotional support animal. Sometimes maintenance requests are ignored (been waiting 8 months to get any word on broken porch railings). Some properties seem in worse condition than is fair for the price, and after I moved out of one place the price dropped by 250 and they were allowed to have cats, which I was told was not allowed there. They seem to be getting better, though, and are always nice when I can talk face to face.

We have been with Ja/Lex for 7 years and have had an excellent experience with them. Anytime we had a problem it was dealt with as quickly as possible. Over the years we have had contact with many of the Ja/Lex people and they have always been friendly and courteous.

Jalex is a horrible agency to buy or rent from. I would 100% recommend checking out one of the many other realtors in Shippensburg who care more about just your money!!

They want way to much for the down payment. 2 months rent plus deposit. Ends up being like $2,000 at least on average
