Got my ball python here and so glad I did. I come in every week for his food and browse the continually restocked enrichment etc. I really look forward to it and it’s honestly a highlight of my week! The staff are all super friendly, passionate, helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone is super happy to answer any questions or help you find what you need to be settup just right! If you want or have any kind of reptile/invert you should make this your home base! Support a small local specialty shop so the whole community can benefit by having it around!
I was referred here by a couple people who knew of my love of reptiles. It was a pleasant visit. The young woman working the counter was very helpful. She really seemed to know her stuff. The store is bright and clean. It gave the look of a startup with just a tad too little startup cash. I’ve been there. I get it. A year from now, I hope it is still around. If they are, I am sure they will have more on the shelves. Were I local, I would get all my feeders here - to help see them to that end! They do have more reptiles than it appears. Most in bins. No one wants to ask to look at that corn snake, though. I know, display cases cost money…
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. If you're lucky you may get a roaming tortoise sighting! So glad they're right around the corner, I'm a lucky lady!
Brayden and Casey I hope that’s spelled correctly were very informative and patient with us while we decided which snake was the best fit for our family. They helped us get a set up and gave us a huge amount of tips and insight. We’ll be coming back for sure.
Love them!! I have been going exclusively to Jabberwock Reptiles for over 10 years and really appreciate there being a shop in my area just for reptiles. They are knowledgeable, friendly, will spend time with you answering questions and they also offer a boarding service for your pet when you go on vacation at a reasonable price. I love this service because you know your pet is taken care of professionally and surrounded by people that care.
Fantastic An Absolute Find! This is the Best reptile store in a 50 mile radius if not more. There is a great selection of insects you won't find anywhere else . The best thing is the intelligent helpful staff who loves good pet banter. If you love your pet then you'll Love Jabberwock Reptiles.... Can't Beat Prices!

So they had a great selection of reptiles and everything you could possibly need for them from nice enclosures to a good variety of feeders. Also the staff were extremely friendly and we had a good conversation about of a variety of species. I was only in for feeders but was allowed to check out a few of the snakes they had available- all the animals seemed well loved and healthy. I would definitely come back for more feeders and maybe a new pet next time!
We went looking for pet rats for my daughter, and no one had them until we heard the name Jabberwock from a competitor no less lol. We have been doing business here for about 4 years now, at their previous location, and now they're right down the street here in Stoneham. Extremely friendly staff!!! Never felt like we were being taken advantage of it any way. When my daughter's first two rats had to be put down, they had such a variety that my daughter wanted to take them all home lol. We recommend doing business here for all your reptilian needs. And of course, for your pet rats
The people working here are super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is neat and the animals they have for sale are awesome! They are always in stock with what I need for my reptile. I haven't gone anywhere else for my pet's needs since I found this place. Edit: I am furious. His nose is visibly hurt and he has a bruise on his chin. They had the audacity to charge us full price and tell us to go out of our way to buy him antibiotics. The excuse wasn't even realistic. I am not sure of what happened but will never be returning. Please, for the safety of your animals, do not keep them here!!! On top of that, the owner wants to state that we as customers have to sign blah blah. I did not sign anything. And if you look up a bloody snout on beardies it states that it is common when enclosures are too small. My beardie is quite big. I wonder what they tried to stuff him in...
