Let me start by saying unfortunately I’ve had experiences with lawyers a few times in my life. During these stressful and expensive times it’s hard knowing what your getting yourself into or who can really trust to look out for your best interest. When I came to Albie I had a serious situation I was dealing with and I really was uncomfortable trusting lawyers from past experiences. Right from the beginning I could tell this was different. He was upfront with everything, communication was excellent and most of all I got the feeling that him and his staff really actually cared about the outcome of our case. My experience with Josh and this firm was absolutely amazing. They did an outstanding job! Josh put my mind at ease and took care of everything. Not once did I have to appear in court, and I got my case dropped to a minor infraction. I was referred to this firm via an online referral service. I did get a call back... however their representative was less than helpful. Didn’t really care to really listen to what I had to say not really take the time to understand my predicament. I was promised a call back two days ago. Sent another inquiry yesterday and no word back. Was really surprised at seeing the positive reviews. I certainly was not treated the same nor given the same courtesy at to giving me options. Joel is a caring, knowledgeable, and on your side attorney. He's tough and will not let the size of firm he's up against deter him. The more big and bad the company he's against, the harder he'll work for you. He doesn't support the idea that big profit is above the law. Joel P.
